This is an introduction to Kōei Techno System's "High-Speed Frame Thermal Spraying (HVOF Spraying)," which focuses on the repair, regeneration, prolongation, and maintenance of parts, aiming for high quality, wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion prevention, similar to preventive medicine, through advanced research and development of machinery. It is a type of gas thermal spraying that uses a super high-speed jet stream generated by combustion with high-pressure oxygen. Since the material collides with the substrate at high speed, it forms a coating with very high adhesion and density, resulting in a high-quality film.
